Welcome to Recimplicity!

I began this blog in college as I was exploring recipe creation and healthy living. I took a break from Recimplicity for a couple years, during which I married a wonderful man, had a beautiful baby girl, and moved to Sydney for a bit of adventure on the other side of the world.  I decided to relaunch the blog as I began to experiment with a capsule meal planning approach to alleviate the stress of feeding my family. Recimplicity is a place for me to share successes and failures, but mainly to celebrate that we are less wasteful, eat more whole foods, and I spend less time thinking about what’s for dinner.
